The countryside surrounding Torrance lends itself perfectly to easy walking with great views and an abundance of varied wildlife. Most of the walks I have put together here will start and finish from the memorial in the centre of Torrance. They are all easy to moderate in exertion and will require nothing more than clothing for the weather and good footwear. I am planning to add a narrative to each walk giving directions and information about history, wildlife and points of interest. This narrative can be easily printed and taken with you on the walk. This is not a completed section and will always be a work in progress, so please contribute any information you can to this section.

It is free and can be downloaded by clicking on the logo below. Be sure to choose to ‘open’ the file with Google Earth rather than ‘save’.
