The aim of Torrance Community Council is to improve the quality of life for all those living and working within Torrance. We are a registered Community Council and volunteer our spare time to liaise between the statutory and voluntary sectors at all levels and across a wide range of subjects including environmental issues, community safety, health and community care, policing, education, training, transport, village halls, shops, post offices, and all other rural services. We also organise and run community social events.

 

Our meetings are held in the Community Centre at 7.30pm on the second Thursday of the month. If you would like any subject discussed at a meeting, email us and we will include it in the agenda and send you a copy.

Torrance Community Council will be organising a clean-up of an area within the village. We are planning to target the untidiest areas around Torrance with the much-needed help of volunteers.
